Owner’s Representation
As an extension of you, the owner, we oversee your entire project from start to finish to ensure every decision is made with your best interests and goals in mind.
At TAG, we take an owner’s representation approach to every client engagement which simply means, we sit on your side of the table as an extension of your organization to ensure every aspect of your project is made with your best interests and goals in mind. The reality is that no one contractor, architect, designer, or vendor shares the owner’s full scope of interest, with the exception of the owner’s representative. We make sure your objectives are met every step of the way, ultimately leading to your project being completed on-time and on-budget. We develop the project budget and schedule, and oversee everything from site selection, permitting, design, and estimates, through construction management, and quality control.
As your advocate and partner, we are invested in your success and will do what needs to be done to lead to the successful completion of your project.

Cost of an owner’s representative
The success of any project is dependent on the critical attention to management of the project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and communication. That’s what an owner’s representative provides.
Owner’s representation is considered a soft cost. Everything the owner’s rep does on your behalf needs to be done regardless of whether you as the owner are managing it, or we as the owner’s representative manages it. However, as your advocate and partner with extensive relevant expertise, we can more effectively and efficiently manage your project, leading to better results within required timelines and budgets. The cost of an owner’s representative essentially pays for itself by saving you time, giving you access to high-quality implementation capacity, and avoiding costly mistakes.
