RALPH RIVERA, PMP
In his role as Project Manager at TAG, Ralph focuses on critical path planning and schedule execution for TAG projects.
With extensive experience in the nonprofit arts and entertainment sector, Ralph brings over 8 years of operations management and 13+ years of live events management to the TAG roster of clients. A PMP-certified Project Manager, he successfully managed the execution of the first all-digital edition of the Sundance Film Festival (Park City, UT) in 2021 as its Director of Operations, and prior to that, as Managing Director of the LA Film Festival, he orchestrated a two-year transition from downtown Los Angeles to its new home in Culver City, CA that included leading venue build-out logistics, city-wide traffic mitigation and facilitating multi-city government affairs. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
